It's perfectly normal and doesn't grow over time or affect playability. We are trying to get rid of all of our blackwood inventory so that the pictures match the products so I am discounting this one pretty heavily! The crack is shown in the

This guitar was supposed to be polished nickel finish but there were a few too many scratches on it so it was brushed down

It sounds great and can be cranked up with gain for some blistering slide solos

I started making custom pickups specifically designed for our resonators during quarantine and this is one of the last ones

This one has some flaws on the higher frets as shown in the pictures

and saddle just like on our Ukulele models

This one has a fretboard flaw we see sometimes with the synthetic rosewood replacement (international CITES treaty in 2018 outlawed rosewood import/export) where the grain has what looks like a hairline crack but is just part of it from day 1
