Aalto, Ribera del Duero 2022 Aromatic Fruity White100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) primarily very old vines 40 to 80 years old from seven different villages in the province of Burgos, plus younger grapes from our own vineyards in two villages in the province of Valladolid. The harvest was done by hand, in small boxes of 15 kilos and thoroughly inspected, bunch by bunch, on the selection table.

The palate is balanced with lime and green apple notes

This has beautiful notes of bramble fruits on the nose

the wine is aged for 12 months in new oak barrels: 20 % French and 80% American

breezes from False Bay providing natural “air conditioning” for the vineyards
